To start Breathing Yoga

OK, so you finally want to start believing and doing yoga. I will try to make the things as simple as possible for you to understand. I may not use the technical language or formal name of the breathing exercises but Give them Numbers like 1, 2 & 3….


No1. Bhastrika

(Deep Breathing) for 5 minutes!

How to do it: Take deep breaths and then completely breathe the air out.
Duration : Do it for atleast 2 minutes and 5 minutes maximum.
Benefits : heart, lungs, neural system, aabha, depression, migraine, paralysis, asthma, respiratory diseases of all kinds, Diseases like cold, cough, allergy,brain, are cured. Lungs become strong and due to the heart and head getting adequate quantity of pure and fresh air, health is improved. Diseases of the throat like thyroid, tonsils and other ailments of throat are cured.

Other Tips: Doing this for 20 times(breathe deeply when you have headache), will relieve the pain up to 80%.

No.2 KapalBhati Pranayam

(blow your nose) for 10 min to 15 min

How to do it: Pushing air out forcefully and your stomach will itself go in or squeezes inside.
Duration : You should startn it with 30 times or 1 minute and increase upto 5 mins minutes upto 15 minutes maximum.
Benefits : aabha, tej, cholesterol, allergic problems, asthma, snoring, concentration, uterus, diabetes, stomach problems, obesity, constipation, gastric, acidity, Croesus(liver), hepatitis B and even cancer and AIDS.

Other Tips: Each stroke you breathe out from your nose just like blowing your nose, makes you loose a small amount of body weight. But you will have to control your diet. Eat green vegs and avoid Roti or eat less roti/breads. Eat More of boiled vegetables/salads & drink fresh home made juices. Don’t eat pizzas, burgers, Chips(french Fries) or other junk foods. In Morning have soups/juices(home made) instead of Milk(if you have to have milk, go for cow’s milk or low fat milk).

No.3 Anulom Vilom Pranayam

(Little difficult One – Breathe in from one nostril whole and breathe out from other vice-versa for 15 min to 30 min)

How to do it: Hold your right nasal of your nose with your thumb of your right hand, breathe in from left. Now close left nasal with middle and ring finger opening your right nasal and breathe out from the right nasal. Now breathe in from the right nasal. Now close the right nasal and open left and breathe out and in from left nasal. and keep continuing the same procedure again and again.
Duration : You should do it for atleast 10 minutes upto 1 hour maximum
Benefits : heart, high Blood Pressure, bent ligaments, sinual fluid reduced, parkinson, paralysis, neural related, depression, heart blockage, vat-cuf-pit, arthritis, cartilage, migraine pain, asthma, sinus, allergy etc.

Other Tips: You should do it in the morning when you get up after cleaning your mouth. Also drink one glass of water when you get up in morning it will clean the toxics from your body and constipation problem will also go away.

THINGS TO REMEMBER!

Remember that your stomach should be empty. Before breakfast is time when your stomach is light and empty for maximum beneficial results.

      2. Do Bhastrika for 5 minutes.
      3. Do kapalbhati for 15 minutes, take break after 5 minutes of continues pratice of Kapalbahti.
      4. Bahaya for 3 to 5 times.
      5. AnlomVilom for 10 to 15 minutes.
      6. Bhramari 10 times
      7. Udeeth 10 times.

      It will take 3 to 9 months to see effect with pranayam 2 times daily.

    Guruji I am suffering from stomach problem from last 12-15 years. But i am getting no remedy. I visit pillar to post but getting no cure. According to clinical report
    ultrasound reveals that everything is normal and impression is mild Hepatomegaly.
    and S.Calcium is 8.2 mg% and the normal value is 9-11 mg%. SGOT is 26 u/1 and the normal value is 14-18u/1 and sgpt is 32 u\1 and the normal value is 15-20 u\1. and other things are normal.
    My digestion is very weak. If I take a little excess of food I got indigestion and I cannot take Almonds, Akhrot, and any thing which TASEER IS GARAM.
    Please suggest me the the yoga excercises and medications in this regard

      Brother Hardip, Do pranayam it is only way to cure your problem, It will take 3 to 9 months.

      Before you sleep avoid having sexual thoughts in your mind. If we think about sexual thoughts when we trying sleep it makes us dream about same what we thought, so prey to God before you sleep and do pranayam in morning before breakfast

    Guruji , I am from Vadodara & I have my son of 8 years old & have Mirgi Disease since 6 years . He has gone through all types of treatment but no result . Can you please help me for his early recover . He is now taking daily Soval -200 mg & Tagritol – 100 mg both 2 times. ( The same medicines were suggested by Dr. P Chandra Ranchi ) .

    Guruji,

    I am having a problem right from childhood. It was deducted when I was in 8th class. Doctor’s call it “Liver Enlargement” or “Fatty Liver”. They say that whatever I eat the fat is getting deposited on the liver. I don’t drink, smoke. eat non veg or any deep fried items. I also cook food in Olive Oil.

    I have not taken any medication. now I am 27 and my right side stomach just below the stomach is giving little pain after eating food.
    Please suggest me some yoga to cure this. Please tell me the food I have to avoid.

          The vegetables and oils you are eating high amounts of poisions pesticides which is culprit of your liver problem,

          Eat only pesticides free, “vish mukt” aahar, or organic food. Stay away from pollution. Drink filtered water.

          You should see results in 7 days. Take a picture before and after, dont expect miracle but you will see a visible change. Then continue it as they fade away.

          It is not permanent just like your health as long as you maintain it with pranayam it will be healthy, As long as you keep your under eyes moist with natural moisturizer like alovera, unboiled milk (it contains butter and other vitamins) you dark circles will not return back.

          In bharat most people have dark circles because of over work and stress. PC is most common cause of dark circles, As in Bharat people are very hardworking and ignore to take care of their health.

          1. Do pranayam to get rid of stress.
          2. Eat healthy food and green vegetables, drink milk or juice instead of soda/cold drinks/Tea/cofee.

      Do Pranayam 2 times, in morning before breakfast, in evening 5 hours after of lunch, you should be fine in 3 to 9 months.

      Pranayam in morning and evening, in depression there very good results so, you will feel difference in few days of starting.
