ramdev has points to press on hands and feet for eye problem check youtube but i dont know if it helps with squint but it probably will say on the video.

Udgeeth is for meditation and calm down mind, It is very good for depression and sadness. For spine Bhujung Assan is good. But if you feel pain while doing tada assan do it slow.
