I feel you have Psoriasis (Skin Disease) by your explanation. Ayurved provides you better outcome in this autoimmune disease. Can you please share more on the skin lesions, whether you suffer from itching sensation, burning sensation, pain, discharge from the lesions? How is your appetite, bowel movement, sleep? Do you suffer from High Blood Pressure, Diabetes or any other disease? Since how many days/months/years you are suffering from psoriasis? What is your age, weight, height? Does anyone in your family suffer from Psoriasis?
If you can provide above details it would be better to prescribe you with ayurvedic medicines which can give you better outcome in very short duration.

In Ayurved Kidney Stones are termed as Vrikka Ashmari. I would like to know the size and situation of the calculi(Stone). By that time you avoid tomato, calcium rich foods, drinking borewell water. Drink tender coconut water, plain water. As basic treatment i would suggest you to start GOKSHUR CHURNA – 6 grams with 30 ml hot water before food thrice daily. Tablet Gokshuradi Guggulu- 1 tablet thrice daily with hot water before food.

Brother Jaspreet, You should do pranayam everday for next 6 months,
1.First thing in morning when you wake up drink warm water with honey and few lemon drops.
2. Eat garlic in your food, it will help to get rid of any infection.
3. Give some heat (heat water bottles which are made from rubber) near the problem area use it 2 times a day.

my mother has been suffering from diabetes last 5 years. rigth now she’s diabetes contral but her hand and foot areas acute inflammation like burning she has takan lost of medicine but no result so what we should do please reply me.
Ask her to do Pranyam in morning and evening for 3 months and see if the inflammation goes away. And in morning ask her to drink glass of warm water with few drops of lemon and honey.

Hair fall can be cause of too pc use, too much stress, too much thinking. Do pranayam rub nails. To calm diwn you mind do bhramari and udgeeth 20 times each. You should be fine in few months the hair fall should decrease dramatically, dont use popular shampoos which has chemicals, go for desi natural shampoo once or twice a week.

I’m Vivek based at Indore. recently during a dental check up my dentist told me that I have developed ‘Leukoplakia’ which is a pre cancerous disease due to chewing tobacco n smoking and drinkin.
