(Deep Breathing) for 5 minutes!
How to do it: Take deep breaths and then completely breathe the air out.
Duration : Do it for atleast 2 minutes and 5 minutes maximum.
Benefits : heart, lungs, neural system, aabha, depression, migraine, paralysis, asthma, respiratory diseases of all kinds, Diseases like cold, cough, allergy,brain, are cured.
