Brother Utta Sigh, Drink a glass of water first thing in morning and then do pranayam for 1 hour atleast.

Do bhastrika 5 minutes, kapalbhati 10 minutes, anulomvilom for 15 minutes
bhramari and udgeeth 20 times.

Your mother and father gave you birth and raised you, gave you food, education, shelter. And when it is your time to support you aging parents you want to end your life. If you don’t to live for yourself, Then live for your mother and father and for your Country. Join Bharat Swabhimaan mission. Make your country great, look at the poor people in the streets, you and me have still much better life than poor people of our country.

Try to do something great in your life where you mother and father are proud of you. When you want to live for your Parents and country you will automatically achieve a wonderful life which you always wanted. Whatever GOD has put you in even in your Studies of BSC, Take it as you are doing it to please your GOD and doing it for parents and you will be successful one day.

Brother Ved, Ask your mother to drink 1 glass of warm water add some honey drops in to it.Before breakfast and 5 hours after lunch do pranayam, Bhastrika, Kapalbhati and Anulom Vilom she can be alright in few months. She will relief from very first day.

my mother is suffering from servical,spondilitis and she is having head ache at every night while sleeping.doctors said that she have servical and spondilitis in neck and back so she has to correct her posture while sleeping.but iam not getting any solutions.

I am suffering Renal feilure problem ( Kidney failure ) problem and i was taken the medicines after consulting your Yogpith Haridwar Asram now my question is
How many time taken for relief for this deases?
no body is inform, that How many days course of the medicines. and i am relief this problem.
