1. Bhastrika

1. Bhastrika Pranayam (Swami Ramdev Yoga) 5 Minutes, can take breaks if needed.


2. Kapalbhati


2. KapalBhati Pranayam (Swami Ramdev Yoga): 10 Minutes for a Health Person who want to keep their body organs healthy, 15 to 30 Minutes to cure body problems. 30 to 60 Minutes to loose weight. Tip: 5 Minutes of continues Kapalbhati is needed to cure problems.


3. Baharya


3. Baharya Pranayam (Swami Ramdev Yoga): 3 times to 5 times normally. max upto 11 times. and extremely max upto 21 times (in winters).
Tips : Not for heart and high BP patients


4. AnulomVilom



4. Anulom Vilom Pranayam Swami Ramdev: 5 to 10 Minutes for a Health Person who want to keep their body organs healthy, 15 to 30 Minutes to cure body problems. For cancer patients, kidneys patients, lever patients: 30 to 40 Minutes for rapid effect. 2 times a day in morning before breakfast in evening before dinner.


5. Bhramari


5. Bhramri Pranayam (Swami Ramdev Yoga) : 10 to 20 Times works good for brain, to relieve stress, depression.


6. Udgeeth


6. Udgeeth Pranayam (Swami Ramdev Yoga): 10 to 20 normally, it is meditation also if you like you can do it as long as you want. Short temper people should do it more often it will calms down their nerves and temper.


7. Ujjayi


7.Ujjayi Pranayam (Swami Ramdev Yoga) 3 to 10 times, To cure throat & throat related probelms do it upto 20 times

    I have been suffering from tinnitus for the last 12 years and my hearing abilities decreasing gradually.At present i lost 75 % of my hearing .Now ringing on the ear is a part of my life but i fear i could loose my hearing totally. only one ear is having the problem..is there any remidy in yoga.

      hi ramdas i was too suffering from tinnitus , ringing of ear , acute sinus, from past 8 yrs, n after doing pranayam regularly for 3 weeks i can really feel the difference, its on the improving side, i don’t have any more problems of sinuses, n ringing has reduced cosiderably, more over i can feel my hearing ‘ll recover completely in 3 -4 months, concentrate upon bhramari, anulom-vilom,kapalbhati, bhastrika.
